一类新型基因药物核酶在肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展

【摘要】 目的 介绍一种新型基因药物———核酶在肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展。方法 对近年来国内外在核酶方面的研究文章进行综合分析。结果 核酶是一种具有位点剪切和催化潜能的RNA分子。核酶的作用机制是通过作用于特定有害基因的mR NA而抑制该有害基因的表达。近年来 ,科学家们设计并研究了一些抗致癌基因核酶和抗药物性核酶 ,如 :抗活性H ras核酶、抗K ras核酶、抗MDR1核酶、抗c fos核酶等 ,为进一步的研究打下良好的基础。结论 核酶为肿瘤的治疗提供了一种全新的思路 ,它必将成为肿瘤治疗的一种有力工具 ,并最终在治疗肿瘤方面取得突破

【Abstract】 AIM\ Introducing a novel gene gargeted therapy ribozyme and the use of ribozyme in the realm of cancer treatment. METHODS Reviewing the research papers on ribozyme published in recent years. RESULTS Ribozyme is a kind of RNA molecular which possess site specific clevavage and catalytic potential.As we know now,a crucial role of ribozymes as therapeutic aghents would be downregulate a spcecific gene by iterfering with the information form the nucleic acid to the protein,ie,mRNA. Many anti cancer caused genes ribozyme,ie anti actived H rasribozyme, anti K ras ribozyme et anti MDR ribozyme, ie anti MDRI ribozyme, anti c fos ribozyme etc, have been designed and researched in recent years. CONCLUTION Ribozyme has offered aovel way for cancer treatment.It is anticipated that ribozyme mediated gene therapy will find a place in thg existing panoply of anticancer agents and ultimately make an impact on thg treatment of human cancer.
