【摘要】 目的　探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌钼钯X线表现特征 ,提高其诊断水平。方法　将 2 1例经手术病理证实的浸润性导管癌钼钯X线征象作回顾性分析。结果　 2 1例乳腺浸润性导管癌中 ,肿块伴毛刺 16例 ,分叶 11例 ,边缘模糊16例 ,恶性钙化灶 10例 ,伴水肿环 11例 ,非对称性致密影 4例。结论　乳腺浸润性导管癌钼钯X线表现具有一定的特征性 ,在一定程度上可为临床制定合理治疗方案提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mamographic characteristics of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma(IDC),and to improve its diagnostic accuracy.Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze the mammographic features in 21 consecutive cases of IDC.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results Principal mammographic findings were follows:speculated mass (16 cases),lobular mass (11 cases),ill-definde mass (16 cases),malignant calcifications (10 cases),perifocal edema (11 cases) and asymmetric opacity (4 cases).Conclusion The mammographic findings of IDC were characteristic.To some extent,the choice of treatment could be based on these mammographic findings.更多还原
