【摘要】 目的　观察博宁与化疗联用治疗 40例骨转移癌患者的临床疗效。方法　在化疗前及化疗间歇期应用博宁 ,博宁首剂 90毫克 +生理盐水 5 0 0毫升静脉滴注 ,4～ 6小时滴完 ,2周后加用博宁 30毫克 +生理盐水 5 0 0毫升静脉滴注 ,4～ 6小时滴完 ,1个月为一个疗程 ,两个疗程后评价疗效。结果　用博宁联合化疗治疗骨转移癌患者疼痛的有效率为 82 .5 %,活动能力改善的有效率为 70 .0 %。博宁的不良反应主要为发热及轻度恶心等 ,对症治疗后均可改善。结论　博宁联合化疗治疗骨转移癌患者的疼痛安全有效 ,并可改善患者的活动能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of disodium pamidronate (Bolin)combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of fourty patients with bone metastatic cancet.Methods In treatment group bolin 90 mg were dissolved in 0.9%NS 500 ml and given by infusion for four to six hours,and two weeks later,bolin 30 mg were dissolved in 0.9%NS 500 ml and given by infusion for four to six hours,one month is a chemotherapy cycle.The response and toxic effects were evaluated after two cycles.Rusults The pain release response rate was 82.5% in bolin combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with bone metastatic cancer.Activity ability ameliorat response rate was 70.0%.The major side effects were fever and slight nausea.Conclusion Bolin combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with bone metastatic cancer is safety and utility,and can ameliorate patiens activity ability.更多还原
