【摘要】 目的　研究大肠癌患者血浆缩醛磷脂、总磷脂、总胆固醇和糖脂含量变化 ,并探讨其应用价值。方法　对临床确诊的 3 4例大肠癌患者 (术前和术后 3 0天 )及 3 6例正常成人分别测定其血浆缩醛磷脂、总磷脂、总胆固醇和糖脂中的总唾液酸 (TSA)及脂结合唾液酸 (LSA)的含量。结果　 1.大肠癌患者术前血浆缩醛磷脂含量较术后 3 0天和正常人对照组明显增加 ,差异统计学有意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而大肠癌患者术前血浆总磷脂含量较术后 3 0天和正常人对照组有所减少 ,差异亦有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2 .大肠癌患者术前血浆总胆固醇含量较术后 3 0天和正常人对照组亦明显增加 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 3 .大肠癌患者术前血浆总唾液酸 (TSA)和脂结合唾液酸 (LSA)含量显著高于术后 3 0天和正常人对照组 ,其差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　大肠癌患者 (术前 )血浆缩醛磷脂、总胆固醇和糖脂含量显著增高 ,而总磷脂的含量是降低的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study plasma content variety of plasmalogen (plas), totle phospholipids(TP), totle cholesterols(TC) and glycolipids in patients with coloretal carcinoma. Methods 34 patients with coloretal malignant tumors confirmed by clinical and pathological data were induded. The plasma content of plas. TP, TC, totle sialic acid (TSA) andlipid-bound sialic acid (LSA) were determined and compared with those of normalcontrol group. Results 1. The plasma Plas level of coloretal carcinoma before operation was significantly higher than those of normal control and after 30 days of operation, P <0.05; while the plasma TP level ofcoloretal carcinoma before operation was lower than those of normal control andafter 30 days of operation, P <0.05. 2. The plasma TC level of coloretal carcinoma before operation was significantly higher than those of normal control and after 30 days of operation, P <0.05. 3.The plasma TSA and LSA level of coloretal carcinomabefore operation were higher than those of normal control and after 30 days of operation, P <0.05.Conclusion In coloretal carcinomapatients (before operation), the plasma plas, TC, TSA and LSA content were significantly elevated; while the plasma TP was lowed.更多还原
