【摘要】 目的　对我省《职业病防治法》实施后工业企业职业卫生现况进行首次基线调查。方法　分层随机选择 2 1家工业企业采用现场检查、查阅资料、询问核实情况、填写调查表的方法进行。结果　国有企业职业病防治工作开展较好 ,职业病防护设施岗位配置率 98.7% ,职业病危害因素检测合格率 74 .6 % ,均高于境外投资企业和股份制企业 ;职业卫生专业人员配置率和规章制度健全率达 4 2 .9% ;分析了存在的主要问题。结论　从加强宣传、完善制度、源头把关、规范行为、以点带面、加大监督力度等方面提出了措施和意见 ,以提高工业企业职业卫生的水平和质量 ;特别要重视境外投资企业的职业卫生工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective for the first time we investigated the occupational health situations of industrial enterprises after the implement of Law on occupational disease prevention and treatment of PRC. Methods 21 industrial enterprises in Anhui province were selected by random sampling. Supervision on spot, data examination and questionnaire were used in the survey. Results the disposing rate of occupational health protection measure of state enterprise in the working place was 98.7% and the qualified rate of occupational disease risk factor inspection was 74.65%. This showed that the preventive work of the state enterprise was better than that of oversea investment enterprises and joint-stock companies. The collocation rate of professional person and the establishment rate of rules and regulations was 42.9% in the state enterprise. Conclusions We must enhance propaganda, consummate rules and regulations, grasp source control, standardize action, intensify health inspection so as to improve the level and quality of the occupational health of the industrial enterprises. From now on we must especially strengthen and pay attention to occupational health of the oversea investment enterprises and joint-stock company.更多还原
