【摘要】 目的　了解宾馆工作人员对艾滋病知识的掌握情况以及他们对在宾馆中放置安全套的看法 ,为在宾馆中推广使用安全套预防艾滋病病毒 (HIV)传播提供依据。方法　使用自行设计的调查问卷 ,由调查员现场发放 ,被调查者匿名填写后当场回收 ,调查数据使用EPIinfo软件录入并进行统计分析。结果　在 12所宾馆中共调查 10 4 2人 ,他们对艾滋病三种传播途径的知晓率都在 90 %以上 ;有 80 %的人对安全套可以预防HIV的传播持肯定态度 ,同时相信并愿意帮助宣传 ;2 8.9%的调查对象对宾馆中存在商业性性活动的现象持肯定态度 ;有 6 0 %的人赞成在宾馆客房中放置安全套。结论　在宾馆客房中推广使用安全套预防艾滋病经性传播是现实的也是必要的 ,同时也具有一定的基础和可能 ,但仍需要进一步进行宣传更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand AIDS knowledge level and attitude to lay condom in the guest rooms of workers in hotels and provide basis of promoting condom use in the guest rooms for prevention of HIV.Methods Questionnaire investigation was carried out in hotels. After receiving the anonymous forms filled in by the target people, the data were analyzed. Results 1042 workers of 12 hotels were investigated in Anhui Province. The information for HIV transmission and prevention was known by more than 90%. 80% knew and believed that condom use could prevent HIV infection. One third considered that commerce sex service was true in hotels. 60% didn t oppose laying condom in the guest rooms of the hotels. Conclusions Promoting condom use in the guest rooms of hotels for prevention of HIV was necessary and possible.更多还原
