【摘要】 目的　了解目前安徽省人群甲型肝炎病毒感染状况和流行病学特征。方法　采用ELISA方法对安徽省有代表性的不同地区人群血清抗 -HAVIgG水平和临床急性肝炎病人血清的病毒标志物进行免疫学检测。结果　检测不同地区人群血清 3186份 ,抗 -HAVIgG阳性率 5 6 .1% ,淮河以北区域人群的抗HAV -IgG抗体阳性率明显高于淮河以南区域 ,淮河以南区域之间则无明显差异 ;各年龄组人群抗HAV -IgG抗体阳性率在 10岁以后基本达到成人的水平 ,淮河以北区域人群则在 5岁以后就已基本达到了成人水平。对采自省内不同地区的急性肝炎病人血清进行的甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎、戊型肝炎病毒血清标志物检测则显示淮河以北区域的急性肝炎病人大多为甲型病毒性肝炎 ,而淮河以南区域以乙型病毒性肝炎为主。结论　安徽省人群甲型肝炎病毒感染流行有明显的地区差异 ,淮河以北区域人群血清抗 -HAVIgG水平显著高于淮河以南区域 ,淮河以南区域甲型肝炎爆发流行的危险性要高于淮河以北区域更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand hepatitis A virus infection status and epidemiological characteristics of natural population in Anhui province. Methods Anti-HAV IgG of natural population in different areas and hepatitis viral mark of acute viral hepatitis patients were detected with ELISA. Results 3186 sera in different areas of Anhui province were detected. Of them, 56.1% had anti-HAV IgG. The antibody positive rate of natural population in the north part of Huai river was obviously higher than that in south part of the river in Anhui province. No significant difference was observed in different regions of the south part. Anti-HAV IgG positive rate of Population at age of 10 had basically reached adult level. In the north part, the rate of children at age of 5 had basically reached adult level. The results of hepatitis viral mark detection indicated that most acute hepatitis patients in north part were hepatitis A and the cases in south part were hepatitis B. Conclusions There were significant differences of hepatitis A infection in different areas of Anhui province. The antibody level of population in the north part was significantly higher than that in south part. Risk of hepatitis A outbreak in south part was higher than that in north part.更多还原
