【摘要】 目的　分析合肥市各类干部健康状况 ,寻找社区健康教育干预对策。方法　收集各类干部健康体检资料 ,采用疾病序位及检出率法分析研究。结果　 5 715例干部健康体检者中 ,查出异常者 4 6 2 9例 ,前10位依次是 :高血脂、高血压、白内障、超重、肥胖、动脉硬化、痔疮、各种眼疾、脂肪肝、肝囊肿。结论　将社区卫生服务与干部保健相结合 ,针对引起慢性病的生活方式与行为因素 ,积极开展社区健康教育更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze health status of cadres in Hefei and find community intervention countermeasures of health education. Methods to collect physical examination data of cadres and analyze it with disease order and detection rate. Results 4629 of 5715 cadres were detected abnormal. Rank first 10 disorders were hyperlipemia, hypertension, cataract, overweight, obesity, atherosclerosis, haemorrhoids, other ophthalmological diseases, fatty liver and liver hygromas. Conclusions community health service should be combined with cadre health care and community health education should be developed aimed at unhealthy life-style and behaviors in order to improve cadre health status.更多还原
