【Abstract】 With the rapid progress in our science technology as well as the fast devolopment of our society,particularly after entry of WTO ,China’s higher education system has been involved in the process of the economic globazation and has also made the historically significant progress.How to improve its academic quality has become a common issue as a key issue for higher education all over the world.The core of the modernization of higher education is to raise its academic standard.This paper holds that only a serious reform in our educational system,policy and procedures could possibly update our present higher education and thus make it all more competitive.更多还原
