【摘要】 目的:了解我院医院感染现患率,探讨现患率调查的优势。方法:对住院患者2003年8月7日零时至24时医院感染现患率进行调查,采用卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》,对所有住院患者医院感染进行床旁调查和病案调查相结合。结果:调查住院患者1124人,发现医院感染45人、49例次,医院感染现患率为4.00%,例次现患率为4.36%;医院感染现患率在0.00%～28.57%之间。下呼吸道感染占40.82%,上呼吸道感染占20.41%,泌尿道18.37%。结论:现患率调查简单、方便,资料更准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the p oint-prev alence of nosocomial infection(NI )of our hospital and study the benefit of pr evalence survey.Methods To make a point-prevalence survey of NI in all in-p atients at the day on August 72003,all patients were in vestigated by bed-visiting and patients medical records checking according to《Nosocomial Infect ion Diagnose Standard》(MOH).Results1124in-patients were investigated, 45patients(49case-times)had NI,prevalence rate was 4.00%,case pre valence rate was 4.36%;prevalence rate of NI was between 0.00%and 2 8.57%.Lower resp iratory tract infection was 40.82%,upper respirato ry tract infection w as20.41%,urinary tract infection was 18.37%.C onclusion The point-prevalence survey was sim ple ,convenient,and more exact itude of data .更多还原
