【摘要】 目的:探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合应用治疗非破裂型异位妊娠的疗效。方法:观察组MTX50mg肌注一次,米非司酮75mgBid口服×3～4天,对照组MTX20mg肌注Qd×5天,两组均同时给予中药宫外孕一号方口服。结果:MTX单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合治疗成功率为90.62%,明显高于对照组,β-HCG下降速度及幅度明显高于对照组且副反应明显减少。结论:MTX单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合治疗非破裂型异位妊娠安全有效,副反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combining use of single-dose methotrexate intramuscular injection and mifepristone in treating the unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods Treatment consisted of 50mg of MTX intramuscular injection one time, and 75mg of mifepristone orally two times for 3-4 days. The previous cases who received 20mg MTX intramuscular injection for 5days. And all the cases received traditional Chinese medical herbs. Results The success rate of the combination group was 90.62 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The blood β-HCG decreasing in short time, and the side effect is less. Conclusion The combination of single-dose methotrexate (MTX) intramuscular injection and mifepristone in treating the unruptured ectopic pregnancy is a safe, effective method with highly successful rate and minor side effect.更多还原
