【摘要】 目的:评价CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析26例经CT导向肺穿刺活检经手术或病理证实的病例。活检的要点包括选择最佳层面和进针点,作多点扇状快速抽吸。结果:26例中肺癌19例,肺良性病变4例,不能诊断3例;少量气胸1例,少量咯血2例。结论:CT导引下肺穿刺活检正确率高,并发症少,是一种简单实用且比较完全的获取诊断资料的检查方法,应广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT guided percutaneous fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the lung. Methods We retrospectively analysed a series of 26 cases who underwent CT-guided percutaneous needle aspirational biopsy of the lung.The key points of aspiration biopsy included selection of the appropriate cross-section.Results 19 of 26 patients were proved malignant lesions and 4 of 26 were proved benign lesions,3 cases can not be confirmed. Complications were 1 case pneumothorax and 2 cases minor hemoptysis. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous needle biopsy is an effective and relatively safe method for obtaining diagnostic material form a intrathorcic lesions because of the low complication and high accuracy rate.更多还原
