【Abstract】 By summarizing the anesthetic experience in 32pediatrics with the congenital heart disease undergoing open heart surgery during cardiopul monary bypass,the chapter elaborated that better clinical effects migh t be acquired if preanesthetic medication,not by traditional intramuscular but by oral,was applied in the open heart surg ery.The chapter also emphasized that combin ed anesthetic medication could make the induction and maintenance of anesthesia steadier and intensive monitoring d uring the operation appear more important.更多还原
