【摘要】 目的:探讨去甲肾上腺素(NE)盐水溶液洗胃的安全性、有效性。方法:对急诊有洗胃指征的经口中毒病员采用0.008%去甲肾上腺素溶液洗胃,同时监测病员血压、心率、呼吸、尿量、血氧饱和度。结果:1、0.008%NE溶液洗胃救治116例经口中毒病员,死亡5例,总抢救成功率为95.68%;2、NE盐水溶液洗胃对经口中毒病员的血压、心率、呼吸、尿量无显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论:NE盐水溶液洗胃安全、有效。更多还原
