【摘要】 目的:研究妥塞敏(氨甲环酸)注射液减少妇科手术出血量的效果、安全性及临床实用性,探讨其机制。方法:随机群体配对对照的方法,研究用药组和对照组(止血3联:止血敏2.0g,止血芳酸0.2g,VitK120mg)各30例,统计妥塞敏注射液减少妇科手术出血的量、副作用。结果:妥塞敏注射液能有效降低妇科手术尤其是卵巢癌根治术中的渗血(P<0.05),研究组30例中仅1例出现较明显的恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状,余29例药物耐受性好,无明显的药物副作用,无1例血栓形成,生命体征稳定,安全性强。结论:妥塞敏注射液能够减少妇科手术中的出血量,且使用安全、方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the efficiency, safety and clinical practice of transamin (tranexamic acid) in reducing bleeding during gynecologic operation. Methods 60 patients scheduled for gynecologic operative were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients were in the group of transamin, others were in the control group of hemostatic agent (aglumin 2.0 +carbenzamine 0.2 +VitK1 20mg). The amount of bleeding during gynecologic operation and side effects were observed. Results The amount of bleeding during gynecologic operation was decreased significantly in the transamin group compared with the control group. The gastrointestinal symptoms were observed only in one patient, no other side effects including thrombogenesis occurred in the transamin group. Conclusions Transamin is an effective and safe drug for reducing bleeding during gynecologic operation.更多还原
