【Abstract】 It is important to nurse children with Hirschsprung’s disease(congenital megacolon disease),es-pecially effective colon reflux enema.By the nursing method,the growin g of the patients was normal in conservative treatment,without high abdominal t urgor and repeating vomiting .The su ccessful operation was ensured by effective colon reflux enema,meanwhile the complications of the children postoperative were reduced.更多还原
