【摘要】 目的:评价脐输注对恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组化疗后给予脐血输注4-6u,对照组仅给予化疗,观察生活质量、血象、免疫功能变化。结果:两组资料数据经SAS软件检验,均衡可比,治疗组平均每例输注脐血4-6u,约480ml脐血,治疗组输注脐血前后生活质量、血象、免疫功能差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:脐血输注可对抗恶性肿瘤化疗的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of cord blood o n cancer patients after chemotherap y.Methods Sixty patients with pathiolgically confi rmed cancer were randomized into the test group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients of the test group were tr ansfused 4-6units of cord blood afte r chemotherapy,and those of the cont rol group were only treated by chemotherapy.Results The data was comparable(P>0.05).The life quality,the blood routine and the immune function of th e test group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Cord blood therapy can resist side -e ffect of chemotherapy of cancer .更多还原
