【摘要】 目的:采用二维超声图像并结合彩色多谱勒血流显像探讨腮腺恶性肿瘤的超声诊断依据。方法:回顾性分析28例经病理/手术证实的腮腺恶性肿瘤的超声图像特点。结果:28例术前均诊断为腮腺肿瘤,其中诊断为腮腺恶性肿瘤8例,恶性肿瘤可能10例,良性肿瘤10例。超声诊断恶性肿瘤正确率64.3%。结论:以超声二维图像为主要依据,同时结合彩色多谱血流显像、肿块的质地活动度及周围淋巴结有无转移作综合性判断,对腮腺恶性肿瘤的诊断有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnosis evidence o f malignant tumors in the parotid gla nd by using two -dimensional ultrasonography(2-D)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI ).Methods To analyse the ultrasono-graphic characteristics retrospectively in 28patients with malignant tumor in the parotid gland confirmed by pathology and /or operation.Results All patients were diagnosed as parotid tumor by ultrasonography before o peration,8/28malignant tumor;10/28malignant tu mor likely.The accuracy rate for the diagnosis of malignant parotid tumo rs was64.3%.Conclusion Ultrasonography,mainly depending on 2-D ,CDFI,tumor hardness and mobi lity,and metastasis of the lymph nodes,has significances in diagnosis on malignant tumors in the parotid gland.更多还原
