【Abstract】 In order to acquire success in the reform of the teaching on adult education ,the teaching mode centering on students’ initiative learning should be advocated under teachers’ guidance. Thus, teachers need to fully understand the teaching objects of adult education and grasp the characteristics of those students. They can take various means suitable for the students so as to bring their learning advantages into full play.
