经济法与民商法关系新探
Probes into the Relationship between the Economic Law and Civil and Commercial Law
【摘要】 经济法和民商法无论在调整对象上,还是在价值取向上,既存在着差异性,又存在着互补性,密不可分地 共同调整着商品经济关系。两者在实现社会正义目标上具有一致性。
【Abstract】 There are differences and complementary between the economic law and the civil and commercial law in both the adjusting objection and the value, which regulates the relationship among commodity economy together. They have consistence in realizing social justics.
