【摘要】 岗前培训是加强高校教师队伍建设,提高教师整体素质的重要举措。目前岗前培训已形成了比较稳定的工作程序,取得了相当的成效,但还存在培训时间短,缺乏理论联系实际等问题。应总结经验教训,改进教学方法,合理安排学习内容,进一步加强和改进青年教师岗前培训工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of young teachers’ taking on new job is an important measure for university strengthening the establishment of teachers’ ranks and promoting their overall quality. At present, the training for them has become stable work procedure and achieved considerable effect.
