【摘要】 艺术体操教学以优美为特征,旨在发展学生的协调性、柔韧性,培养其审美情趣,在教学中有10种方法可 采用。

【Abstract】 The teaching of eurythmics is characterized with beauty. The aim of it is to cultivate students’aesthetics and develop their coordination, flexibility. There are ten rules can be adopted.
