【摘要】 土地整理是保证我国耕地总量动态平衡的一个重要因素。笔者针对城市和农村土地整理中存在的问题 ,提出以下对策 :①集约化利用土地 ,提高土地利用率 ;②把土地整理的质量放在第 1位 ,把土地整理放在土地利用总体规划之中 ;③制定相应的法律、法规保证土地整理的顺利进行更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the current condition of the land utilization to guarantee dynamic balance of total cultivated land of China, land consolidation is one of the most important factors.In the paper,the reasons and some measures of the land consolidation were brought such as: 1.the orientation of intensive land utilization together with enhancing utilization ratio of land; 2.the countermeasure of setting the quality of land consolidation primary and the amount secondary and putting and consolidation into city planning; 3.constituting corresponding law and rule to guarantee the land consolidation going on wheels.更多还原
