城市中心的高层办公楼——中国人民银行芜湖市中心支行营业办公楼方案设计

【摘要】 寸土寸金的城市中心局促的异形用地,给设计者提出了一定的约束条件,这同时也增加了设计难度,给设计者提出了更大的挑战。本文结合人民银行办公大楼的方案设计,从功能布局、交通组织、立面形态三方面探索在局促的异形地段,如何综合利用土地,使之发挥最大的效益,同时满足建筑的功能需要,创造宜人的空间与良好的立面形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the centre of the city, the precious and limited irregular landform offers the designer a certain limitalion. And at the same time it not only increases the difficulty in the design, but also provides the more challenge to the designer, By the design of the people’ s bank office building, the thesis explores a way how we can take advantage of the land synthetically, get the utmost out of it, meet the need of the building function, and creat the comfort space and beautiful fasade contemporaneously with the city surroundings in the light of functional layout, traffic organization and fasade configura-tiong.更多还原
