IGBT的驱动与死区补偿
Drive and dead-zone compensation for IGBT
【摘要】 通过分析IGBT的短路特性,提出了驱动与保护电路、缓冲电路的设计方法,最后介绍了一种实用的死区补偿方法,提高了整机的可靠性,有效减少了因开关时滞、死区造成的逆变器输出电压畸变.
【Abstract】 Modulating frequency drive and protection of IGBT? buffer circui t and latch-up effect were taken into consideration so that higher reliability of inverter using IGBTs can be obtained. A simple method for dead-zone compesa tion is introduced to decrease the wave distortion of output valtage of inverter , caused by on-off delay of IGBT.
