7-氟-6-胺基-2H-1,4-苯并恶嗪-3(4H)-酮的合成
Synthesis of 7-Fluoro-6-Amino-1,4-Benzoxazinyl-3(4H)-Ketone
【摘要】 由1,5-二氟-2,4-二硝基苯为原料经醚化、还原合成7-氟-6-胺基-2H-1,4-苯并恶嗪-3(4H)-酮,产率为66.3%(以1,5-二氟-2,4-二硝基苯计),产物经IR、1HNMR证实了结构。该化合物是合成除草剂丙炔氟草胺(Flumioxaxin)的关键中间体。
【Abstract】 difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene is used as the raw material to reduce and synthesiz 7-fluoro-6-amino-1,4-benzoxyazinyl-3(4H)-ketone by etherification,the yield can reach 66.3%caculated as 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene),and the structure of the final product also proved. The obtained product is the key intermediate to synthesiz the herbicide-Flumioxaxin.
