白颈长尾雉(Syrmaticus ellioti)的人工繁殖

【摘要】 在充分进行野外生态考察研究的基础上,建立拟态的人工鸟园,鸟园内第一代白颈长尾雉系自野外采集的卵和幼雏,经人工育成,在鸟园内正常生长、发育、繁殖。第二代卵经人工孵化,受精率81.7%、孵化率50%、育雏存活率85.2%。本项研究在鸟园设计、人工饲养的食物、发情产卵期管理、卵的人工孵化、育雏管理、饲养管理、疾病防治等方面取得进展,在完全人工条件下育成第二代白颈长尾雉。
【Abstract】 After ecological field exploration at all points, a m imic bird garden was built. The first generation in the gardens came from the fi eld, could grow, develop, propagate normally. The first generation has laid eggs during February to March, 1995. Females averagely laid 12.2 eggs. The rate of s permatiation is 81.7%, the rate of artificial hatch is 50%. The livability of ne stling is 85.2%. Great progresses were obtained aiming at the bird garden design ing, feedstuff and the rut management, egg-laying management, artificial hatch t echnique, brooding management, breeding management, disease precaution and treat ment etc.The second filial generation was successfully raised in the complete ar tificial condition.
