壳聚糖对胆红素吸附性能的研究
Studies on the adsorption of bilirubin in solution by chitosan
【摘要】 以具有良好生物相容性的壳聚糖为吸附剂,研究了温度、pH值、人血清白蛋白和NaCl对壳聚糖吸附胆红素性能的影响。研究结果表明,人血清白蛋白和NaCl对壳聚糖吸附胆红素有抑制作用;在一定温度范围内,升高温度可提高壳聚糖吸附胆红素的吸附率和吸附速率;在接近人体血液pH值的条件下,壳聚糖对胆红素有良好的吸附性能。
【Abstract】 Chitosan can be used as the blood adsorbent because of its good biologic compatibility. The influence of temperature, pH value, human serum albumin (HSA) and ionic intensity on chitosan’s adsorbability for bilirubin was studied in this paper. The result showed that HSA and NaCl could prevent from the adsorption of chitosan for bilirubin. In the given temperature range, raising temperature could fasten adsorptivity velocity and enhance adsorbability of chitosan. Being close to pH value of blood in human body, the chitosan has the good adsorbability for the uncombined bilirubin.
