【摘要】 在田间高产条件下,研究了不同收获时期对优质强筋小麦品种济南17和淄麦12籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,自5月28日(乳熟末期)至6月10日(蜡熟末期),随收获时期的延迟,籽粒产量、籽粒粗蛋白含量及沉降值增高,蜡熟末期达最大值,是优质强筋小麦产量和品质协调发展并逐步形成的关键时期。蜡熟末期收获,面团稳定时间和断裂时间较长,可以实现优质强筋小麦籽粒产量和品质的统一。过早或过迟收获均会造成产量损失并导致蛋白质含量降低,品质变劣。更多还原
