冷轧电工钢织构演变与磁性能的关系
Relation Between Texture Evolution and Magnetic Property of Cold Rolled Electrotechnical Steel
【摘要】 冷轧无取向电工钢最重要的使用性能为铁磁性能 ,而电工钢的织构状态是决定铁磁性能的主要因素之一。有利织构的演变及形成取决于整体生产工序各环节的工艺参数设计。着重从基础理论方面探讨了热轧、冷轧、再结晶过程中织构的演变 ,并加以实例进行了说明
【Abstract】 The texture state of electrotechnical steel is one of the main factors deciding ferromagnetic property which is the most important service performance of cold rolled non-oriented electrotechnical steel. Evolution and texture formation benefiting the texture are depended on the process parameters designing of each link in the whole production. Texture evolution in the courses of hot rolling , cold rolling and recrystallization is emphatically discussed on basic theories. Examples are also provided.
