【Abstract】 This article reviews the struggle of anti-entering the city of Guangzhou people after the Opium War under a new historic background.The background is that the modern capitalism is coming into being,the west industrial civilization fiercely destroys the feudal system in every place and the world is from dispersion to the whole.This article believes that the struggle of anti-entering the city of Guangzhou people is a struggle of closing the door again to the outside,an inertia delay of the ideas’ conflict with China’s modern policy of openning the door and an extream strange and instinct resist of the bilateral(multilateral)treaty system of international relationship.
