【Abstract】 Protecting rare and endangered species is an important part of biodiversity conservation. The long-term process of evolution and the effect of human’s activities are the reasons that have caused the loss of biodiversity. Natural reserve establishment is the most effective approach for biodiversity conservation. Ex-situ conservation is one of the major measures in conservation of rare and endangered species. Combination of in-situ conservation and ex-situ conservation is effective for biodiversity conservation.更多还原
