MC尼龙制备工艺中存在的问题及解决方案

【摘要】 通过对铸型尼龙(MC尼龙)制备工艺中存在问题的分析,在减磨、增韧、减少气孔和耐热性的提高等方面提出了解决方案。用甲醇钠替代NaOH催化合成MC尼龙,可避免因反应条件波动引起的不聚合现象;使用催化剂、增塑剂可使MC尼龙冲击性能大幅度提高;液体润滑剂NZ-HA型矿物油等能进一步改进MC尼龙的耐磨性能;引入纳米蒙脱土、环烷酸稀土等填充物可使MC尼龙的强度、尺寸稳定性和耐热性能明显提高。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the existing drawback for MC nylon, a project of solution in anti-frication, toughening, pore-reducing and heat resistance was worked out. With sodium methylate being instead of the conventionally used catalyst-grain sodi-um hydroxide, the unpolymerized phenomenon that is caused by the fluctuation of the reaction condition is avoided. By using NZ-HA type mineral oil etc. , the anti-friction of the MC nylon is further improved; by introducing the nano-montmorillonite or rare earth of naphthenic acid etc. , the strength, the stability of size and the heat resistance of MC nylon are obviously reinforced. With the modification of MC nylon using catalyzer and platicizer, the impact resistance can be greatly raised.
