【Abstract】 The synthetic routes for the base resins of polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT) and the process of 1,3-propanediol (PDO) which is the primary monomer of PTT were introduced. The development and present situation for PIT resin, the developing trend of PTT resin’s producers in the world, the development and building plan for PTT resins and PDO in China were also introduced. The performances for PTT, PET, PBT, PA66 and PC were compared in both pure resin grade and glass fibre reinforced grade. The development and application for PTT were summarized. The trademarks of the property of the commercial series PTT products were detailed. The prospect for the PTT market was forecast.更多还原
