饮用水源中藻类限值研究
Study on the Alga Tiomass in Source Drinking Water
【摘要】 富营养化的饮用水源中的有毒水华已成为威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题。由于藻类毒素的检测方法比较复杂,现阶段监测工作开展很有限。受中国预防医学科学院委托,特制定饮用水源中藻类限值。根据国内外文献调研结合毒理学试验和现场生态学调查资料,世界卫生组织(WHO)和卫生部推荐的饮用水中微囊藻毒素MC-LR的限值、藻类生物量和MC-LR浓度关系以及毒理学实验所得到的藻类的元作用浓度而制定饮用水源中藻类限值。结果推荐饮用水源中藻类三级限值分别为:安全限值:1.0×10~4个/升;警戒限值:2.1×10~5个/升;危险限值:1.2×10~6个/升。饮用水源中藻类限值在日常工作中有显著意义和可行性。
【Abstract】 Objectives Toxic bloom in the eutrophicated source water has been a problem endangering public health.Hindered by the complicated analysis procedure,very limited efforts to investigate toxins level was put yet.Patronized by the preventive Medical Science Institute of China,a study aiming at forming a guideline on alga biomass in source water has been conducted.Methods Available literature was reviewed,ecological research and toxicological tests were carried out as well.Guideline on alga biomass in source water was concluded by the guideline of microcystin-LR in drinking water recommended by WHO and M-of Health,the relationship between toxin level and alga biomass,and the NOAEL of alga.Results Three kinds of gaideline values were worked out:primary guideline,which is to ensure safety,is 1.0×10~4 per liter,secondary guideline,which should be alert,is 2.1×10~5 per liter,and third-rate guideline,which might be dangerous,is 1.2×10~6 per liter.Conclusions Guideline of alga biomass in source water is obviously effective and practicable in routine work.
