【Abstract】 It was analyzed that being affiliated to WTO will cause the competition between author’s resources and works resources of scientific and technical periodical, which lead to the competiton of market,manage pattern and personnel training.At the same time,It can also cut down the publishing cast and information cast.And the de- veloping opportunity and countermeasures that scientific and technical periodical faced wcth in age of knowledge and economy were discussed.更多还原
