【摘要】 目的比较非超声乳化小切口与超声乳化术对术后视力、角膜散光、角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法对74例83眼分别施行非超声乳化小切口与超声乳化术,术后观察视力、角膜水肿、角膜散光、角膜内皮细胞丢失率。结果对晶状体核硬度在Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的患者,术后角膜散光,角膜水肿,角膜内皮细胞丢失率均有差异性(p<0.05),术后视力无差异(p>0.05);对核硬度在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的患者,两种术式对上述观察值无影响(p>0.05)。结论对年龄较大,晶状体核硬度大的患者,虽然非超声乳化小切口术后散光大一些,但视力不受影响,对角膜内皮细胞的影响小,故应选择非超声乳化小切口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To compare the difference of visual acuity, corneal astigmatism and the rate of corneal endothelium loss after sutureless small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification. Methods Sutureless small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification were performed on 83 eyes of 74 cases respectively. Postoperative visual acuity,corneal astigmatism and the rate of corneal endothelium loss were compared. Results there was no significant difference in postoperative visual acuity (p > 0.05), but the difference was significant for those whose hardness of nuclear was Ⅲ - Ⅳ in postoperative corneal astigmatism and the rate of corneal endothelium loss (p < 0.05), while for those whose hardness of nuclear was Ⅰ - Ⅱ the difference was not significant in all of them (p > 0.05). Conclusion Sutureless small incision extracapsular cataract extraction should be chosen for those older men whose nuclear was hard. Although postoperative corneal astigmatism was a little larger but the visual acuity and the rate of corneal endothelium loss were almost the same.更多还原
