【摘要】 目的通过溶出度检查及含量测定对市售8个厂家生产的头孢拉定胶囊进行质量考察。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定;采用转篮法和紫外分光光度法进行溶出度检查。结果 8个厂家的产品在45分钟时的溶出量均大于80%,但5分钟时的溶出度就存在明显差异。结论采用溶出度检查方法,表明国内、外各个厂家头孢拉定胶囊间无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality of cepharadine capsules from eight plants and it’s meaning. Method The content of cepharadine capsules was determined by HPLC and the dissolution was determined by UV-spectropho- tometry. Results The dissolved amount of all the capsules from eight plants was more than 80% at 45 minutes but have significant difference at 5 minutes. Conclusions It is suggested that there are not apparent difference in dissolution tests between imported and domestic cepharadine capsule.更多还原
