【Abstract】 There is a review of paint strippers in the paper. Traditional paint strippers have methylene chloride as an important ingredients which are a highly volatile liquid, and not friendly to environment. In recent years, a number of paint slippers have been introduced which can avoid the use of methylene chloride. A series of substances have been found in place of methylene chloride.
