【摘要】 目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定清热灵口服液中连翘苷的含量。方法:固定相为Hypersil ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(31:19:0.1),检测波长为277nm。结果:线性范围0.44μg-4.44μg,r=1.0000,平均回收率为98.95%,RSD=0.68%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便易行,结果准确,可有效控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of forsythin in Qingleling oral solution.METHOD:The Hypersil ODS column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(31:19:0.1).The detection wavelength was 277 nm.RESULTS:The linear concentration was within the range of 0.44μg-4.44μg(r=1.0000),and the average recovery was 98.95%(RSD=0.68%).CONCLUSION:This method was simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control for its preparations.更多还原
