【Abstract】 Current situation of physical and health education in universities and colleges in China were investigated and analyzed. The results show that there are still arguments and different ideas on the reform of physical and health education in universities and colleges; dominant courses in most universities and colleges have not been improved while recessive courses are not stressed enough; and most of the students are not so well educated as they should be. It is suggested that physical and health education in universities and colleges in China should be deeply reformed to meet the requirement of quality education of the students.更多还原
