【摘要】 研究目的:研究类脾虚运动性疲劳及健脾生血中药恢复对大鼠心肌组织心钠素的影响。研究方法:选用健康雄性1.5月龄SD大鼠60只,体重约160 g,随机分为4组:安静对照组(C组)、类脾虚运动性疲劳组(E组)、自然恢复组(NR组)、药物恢复组(MR组),每组15只;应用免疫细胞化学及计算机图像分析方法,观察类脾虚运动性疲劳及健脾生血中药恢复对心肌组织心钠素表达的影响。研究结果:E组心肌组织心钠素表达较C组减少,体现为心钠素阳性反应细胞不密集,在减少比较明显的区域,可见阳性细胞沿血管排列,MR组心肌组织心钠素表达较NR组恢复效果好;计算机图像分析结果为:E组心钠素表达光密度较C组显著增高(p<0. 01),表达面积较C组显著减少(p<0. 01),MR组较NR组心肌组织心钠素含量恢复值高(p<0. 05)。主要结论:类脾虚运动性疲劳对心脏心钠素内分泌功能产生不良影响,表现为心肌组织心钠素表达减少,不利于运动应激中心钠素内分泌功能的发挥。采用健脾生血中药复健与自然恢复相比,能促进类脾虚运动性疲劳心脏心钠素内分泌功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the changes of myocardial atrial natriuretic factor(ANF) expression under the condition of exercise-induced fatigue with genetic spleen-deficiency; To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine with function of“Jian Pi” and “Sheng Xue” on the resumption of exercise-induced fatigue with genetic spleen-deficiency. Material and methods : Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided Into four goups. They were the control group(C), the exerciseinduced fatigue with genetic spleen-deficiency group(E), the nature-resumed group(R) and the medicine-resumed group(MR). The change of myocardial atrail natriuretic factor was studied by immunnohistochemical and computer image processing methods. Results : The number of atrial natriuretic factor immunoreactive cells is less in right auricle of group E than that of group C. Conclusions: The dropping down in the content of myocardial atrial natriuretic factor manifested that exercise-induced fatigue with generic spleen-deficiency will weaken heart endocrine function. Compared with natureresumed, Chinese medicine with function of “Jian Pi”and “Sheng Xue” promotes the resumption of heart endocrine function.更多还原
