【摘要】 分析了当前社会经济变革时期对大学体育的新需求,介绍了大学体育出现的新变化,进而着重阐述了大学体育的管理与组织的变革情况。认为,大学体育的管理与组织变革主要体现在5个方面:(1)组织管理观念的现代化(其核心是赋予大学体育以二元性质);(2)组织管理形式的多样化:(3)体育师资队伍构成的多样化;(4)资源获取方式的多样化;(5)赋予学校体育主管领导若干新的职责。文章倡导以积极的态度和科学的做法把大学体育推向新阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the new demands for collegiate sport and new changes in it during the social and economic reforming period and further elaborates the changes in the organization and management of collegiate sport. The changes are reflected in five aspects:(1) The modernization of management concept;(2) The diversification of management styles;(3) The diversified structure of teachers;(4) Varied ways of gaining the resource;(5) The leaders in charge of collegiate sport have been empowered some new responsibilities. The paper proposes active attitude and scientific measures be advocated to further enhance collegiate sport to a higher stage.更多还原
