大鼠跑台连续疲劳运动后网织红细胞计数、血浆游离血红蛋白测定和红细胞形态的扫描电镜观察
Plasma and the Shapes of Red Blood Cells in Rats
【摘要】 研究目的:进一步探讨运动性贫血的发生机理,为防治运动性贫血提供一定依据。研究方法:分别对大鼠4周、8周跑台疲劳运动后的红细胞形态进行扫描电镜观察,测定MCD、计算MCT, 4周实验组(Ⅱ)同时测定血浆游离血红蛋白含量、网织红细胞计数。研究结果和结论:大鼠连续4周、8周跑台疲劳运动后,红细胞形态发生显著变化,实验组(Ⅱ、Ⅳ组)异常红细胞比例显著增多,分别达42. 4%和83. 0%,与对照组(Ⅰ、Ⅲ组)的22. 5%和23. 4%比较有显著性差异(P<0. 01)。同时Ⅱ组MCT 2. 13、Ⅳ组MCT 2. 31,均较Ⅰ组1. 93、Ⅲ组1. 95显著增大(P<0. 05)。Ⅱ组血浆游离血红蛋白增加(P<0. 01),网织红细胞数增多(P<0. 05),显示了一种溶血征象,认为大鼠跑台连续疲劳运动能造成血管内溶血。建议:疲劳运动造成红细胞形态的异常和血管内溶血现象的机制需要进一步深入探讨。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of continuously fatigue exercise on the shape of RBC and its effects on the exercise that induced anemia. The MCD and MCT of red blood cells shape in the rats were measured under the electromicroscope after 4-week and 8-week continuously fatigue exercise; the contents of free hemoglobin in the plasma, the counts of the reticulocyte in rats were observed after 4-week continuously fatigue exercise. The results showed that the shape of RBC in the exercised rats changed remarkably. The percentage of abnormal RBC was 42. 4%and 80. 0% in the 4-week and 8-week exercise respectively, and was higher than that of the control group(22. 3%, P<0. 01). The thickness of RBC, the contents of free hemoglobin and the reticulocyte were increased in the experiment group, which were higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05,P<0. 01 and P<0. 05). The changes of free hemoglobin and reticulocyte indicated the existence of hemolysis. The abnormal shape of RBC could increase its fragility.It was probably an important mechanism of exercise anemia.
