【摘要】 目的:了解我国运动医学临床论著的设计现状。方法:采用普查法对《中国运动医学杂志》和《体育科学》运动医学栏近10年所刊出的临床论著的设计进行评价。结果:设计方案中回顾性观察研究占55. 0%(118/251),随机对照试验占16. 7%(42/251),盲法应用率7. 6%(19/251),另外执行中存在较多组间基线不均现象。结论:目前设计方案采用的论证强度较低,执行时存在偏倚较多,有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: to reveal the designs of clinical original articles about sports medicine in the past 10 years in China.Methods: general survey is used to evaluate the designs of every original issue published in《Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine》and《Sport Science》from 1991 to 2000. Result: of all the articles,retrospective studies are 55. 0%(118/251);randomized control trials 16. 7%(42/251); blinded application studies 7. 6%(19/251), and imbalances of basic line among groups exist in many articles. Conclusion: at present, well-designed originals are few, and many articles exist biases, which should be improved.更多还原
