【Abstract】 :National innovation system is the foundation and engine of the knowledge-based economy.Education is a very important component of the national innovation system. This paper analyzes the headspring and the development of national innovational system in industrialized country,which is the core of knowledge-based economy. And then the author clarified the necessity of education reform in the construction of the national innovational system.
