【摘要】 目的:对扶正理气口服液中的主要有效成分大黄素进行定量测定,完善产品的质量控制。方法:采用HPLC法,以Symmetry C₈柱（3.9×150mm,5μm）,柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1mo/L NaH₂PO₄（75∶25）,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长285nm,内标法定量。结果:大黄素的进样量在0.0025⁰.025μg范围内,与其峰面积和内标的峰面积之比有良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;精密度RSD为1.08%（n=5）;平均回收率98.5%（n=6）,RSD为1.30%。结论:本文建立的方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于本品及其原料的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:The content of emodin in Fuzhengliqi liquid was analysed in order to improve the quality control of the preparation.METHODS:The method of HPLC was adopted.Analytical column was Symmetry C₈（3.9× 150 mm,5μim）and the column temperature was 35℃.The mobile phase cosisted of methanol — 0.lmol/L NaH₂PO₄（75:25） and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Emodin was detected at UV 285 nm and quantified by internal standard method.RESULTS:The amount of emodin was linear with the ratio of the peak area of emodin to the internal stardard in the range of 0.0025-0.025μg（r = 0.9999）.The RSD of precision was 1.08%（n= 5）.The average recovery was 98.5%（n = 6）,the RSD was 1.30%.CONCLUSION:The method established here was sensitive,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and its preparation.更多还原
