【Abstract】 This paper discusses the syntactic functions of the coordinate phrase. The following syntactic functions of the coordinate phrase are concluded: 1. It serves to complete a sentence when used adjectively; 2. It functions, as it is an essential condition for structuring the relationship in scope, as an element used in coordination with the relative noun and predicate relative words (VP, AP); 3. It is used in coordination with the adverb as adverbial and numero measure word phrase expressing a total in a sentence; and 4. It is used to meet some syntactic requirement or other in certain special constructions.更多还原
