【摘要】 目的:研究非超声乳化3.5～4mm巩膜隧道切口的白内障摘除及折叠式后房型人工晶体植入术的可行性。方法:对39例41眼老年性白内障施行了该手术,术中使用了水力分核及自制钢丝套圈晶体碎核器碎核技术。结果:术后第一天、术后一周及术后三个月的裸眼视力达0.8及以上者分别为92.68%、97.56%及96.77%。术后一周平均角膜散光为0.61±0.56D,术后三个月为0.48±0.47D,手术前后角膜散光改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该手术方法简便,效果确切,易于掌握,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was designed to evaluate the feasibility and therapeutic effects of phacoless "nucleus hydrodissection and manual choping technique" through a 3.5 - 4mm scleral tunnel incision with cataract extraction and foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation . Methods: The surgery was performed on 41 eyes of 39 patients with senile cataracts. Results: Postopera-tively, the visual acuities without correction were 0. 8 or better in 92.68% patients on the first day, 97. 56% in the first week and 96.77 % in the third month. The mean astigmatism was 0.61 ± 0.56D at the first week and 0.48 ± 0.47D in the third month respectively. There was no statistical difference between the mean preoperative astigmatism and postoperative astigmatism ( P > 0.05) .
