【摘要】 本文对公文中的公章加盖过程进行了研究,分析了公章的透明迭加过程与油黑不足现象对目标定位的影响,并在此基础上提出实用的公章检测方法。在本方法中,通过公章的部分外圈圆弧的存在假设整体外圈圆环的存在,依据假设与实际图像之间的相似度来判断是否存在公章,如存在则进一步实现目标定位。文中也给出了在相应公章目标的相似度计算公式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the transparent covering and lacking of ink in sealing process is analyzed, and a practical detection method of seal on official document is put forward. In the method, a virtual circle according to the existence of an arc got from a real document image is built, and the similarity between the virtual circle and the real image are calculated. The detection was completed based on the similarity. The formula of the similarity is given too.更多还原
